Grab your workout gear and water bottles because Zumba is back at Asbury!

Accredited Zumba Instructor Amy Withers is leading Zumba Classes beginning Thursday, February 2nd from 6:30–7:30pm in the Central Campus gymnasium. Enjoy a great way to exercise involving contemporary Christian music.

This is an ongoing event.

Payment at the door is available at $6 per lesson or you can purchase 10 lessons for $50 or 20 lessons for $100!

Anger Management

Asbury Counseling Center is offering an anger management course taught by Dr. Lance Parker. This is an eight week class that teaches fundamental anger management skills. This class is court approved.
