During the Spring of 2006, Asbury completed a successful G3 stewardship campaign. It was an exciting time that inspired a renewed commitment to the work of transforming lives through the love and power of Jesus.
As a result of the campaign, $1.55 million dollars was committed over a three-year period. This amount is a phenomenal commitment for a congregation of our size and clearly demonstrates God’s goodness.
Our immediate focus is to reduce our outstanding building debt and we are making huge strides in that regard. The original cost of our last expansion was nearly $2 million dollars. We borrowed a total of $1,750,000 on a 25 year note. We have significantly paid ahead on our loan and as of 11/01/10, our remaining mortgage is $250,729.
We invite you to continue to pray for the future growth of Asbury Church.
We thank you for your prayers, generosity and faithfulness.
