Children’s Ministry Classes

Sunday 9:15am Children’s hour:

  • 4th-5th grade Class – Room: A118

  • All Children’s volunteers are trained each year and have had a background checks
  • The nursery is coordinated, trained, and scheduled by our nursery Coordinator Lori Briggs.
  • Our nursery also has a cradle ministry. This is a ministry for expecting mothers to receive meals and all the information they will need for their new baby to start coming to the nursery. Please inform Lori Briggs if you are an expecting mother or know of someone who is.

Sunday 10:45am Kids Church:

Kindergarten -5th grade kids church – Room: A118

  • This is an interactive media driven curriculum that has fun games and team competition. After the large group lesson the kids go to small groups based on grades to go deeper into the lesson. We give each child a booklet to take home and work on throughout the week to reinforce the lesson. Prizes are given to those who return their assignments completed and signed by a parent.

3-4-5 year olds –Kindergarten

  • Taught by Ken & Tanya Cook, and a team of volunteers.

Kids Can do Club – Room :A120

This is a kid’s church program for our little ones that uses puppets, songs and crafts to reinforce the lesson taught each week. The children are divided into small groups after the group lesson. Each child is also given a small snack during this hour.

  • The 2 year olds – Room: A109. Taught by a rotation of volunteers
  • Infant Nursery – Room :A107 Taught by a rotation of trained volunteers
  • Walker Nursery- Room: A108 Taught by a rotation of trained volunteers
  • Toddler Nursery- Room: B105 Taught by a rotation of trained volunteers.

Special needs class – Room A110

  • Taught by trained volunteers to handle special needs children.
