We are excited to share that God has called Asbury Church into something new as it relates to being faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ, His Church, and our Wesleyan tradition. Effective October 1st, 2022, Asbury Church has joined the family of The Global Methodist Church whose mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly. God is on the move, and we are thrilled to be part of a body who is intentional about experiencing and sharing the life-transforming and life-giving good news of Jesus Christ. As we move into this new denomination, we felt like we also needed a new look for Asbury Church. Our new logo has meaning behind it's design. If you look closely, you will find an "a" on top of a "c" -- subtle, but they are there. You will also see interlocking circles. They complete each other and are never-ending -- just like God's love for us. The two letters also create a chain link. Those visuals -- completion, never-ending and linking -- were important messages convey as to what we are about at Asbury Church.
